The Bridal Retreat is a 4-day experience that will take you through yoga, meditation, and mindfulness as you plan your wedding. Kristin Sullivan and her team will work alongside you to give direction, one-on-one consultations, training for your wedding preparation and personal wellbeing. We make sure your wedding planning experience becomes a time of self-care and relaxation.

Yoga and Meditation

Each day begins with yoga and meditation to help you practice mindfulness while getting ready for your big day. Kathryn McCann, our resident yogi, will lead you through various asana (postures), pranayama (breathing methods), and meditation for a self-transforming experience. Our yoga and meditation sessions are woven together to aid in the development of personal poise, life balance, grace, and peace of mind.

Diet and Exercise

Your wedding preparation is incomplete without developing inner wellbeing. You need to cleanse your body inside and out to feel the best version of yourself on your big day. Laura Brownwood, our in-house nutritionist, will help you create a happy mindset, a healthy lifestyle, and reduce stress through proper diet, meal prep, and exercise. You will bask in Laura’s decades of health advice through recipes and routines as you begin your married life with more tools to reach your objectives and live a balanced life.

Wellness Spa

Seize your day and make the most of it by availing of our spa services. Take the stress out of wedding planning and get some me-time with pedicures, manicures, and massages to choose from. Pamper yourself at the retreat to bring out the best in you.

Coaching Sessions

The Bridal Retreat aims to prepare you to plan and execute a wedding with power. We will equip you with the knowledge and contacts required to get the most blissful wedding planning experience. The founder of The Bridal Retreat, Kristin Sullivan, will walk you through each process of your celebration and give a detailed overview of the ideal way to plan it. From themes, venue, flowers, menu, seating charts to timelines, we will guide you to ensure your wedding is a pleasant and unique moment that you will remember forever. 

You will also have private sessions with each coach depending on your requirements to give you in-depth information on your chosen areas. Whether you want a private yoga session with Kathryn, a workout with Erin, or wedding planning with Kristin, you can spend time delving into your specific questions and desires.

Couples Time

The Planning Moon

A wedding is the union of two people, and the wedding planning can be the same. If you want to have some precious time with your partner to plan your wedding and make sure you are on the same page, The Bridal Retreat organizes a mini retreat for couples. You can stay at an Airbnb in Florida or Nashville for a two-day retreat. With The Planning Moon, you get the benefits of a retreat and quality time with your partner.
